Payment
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the Paypal account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by Paypal or via your credit/debit card linked to your Paypal account. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Shipping Information
All our products are made to order and may take an average of 2-3 weeks for delivery.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. You can select your preferred shipping options when placing an order.
We accept international orders and ship worldwide. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included and may apply on orders shipped outside of Oman. As such, you order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is mandatory in order to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address within 24 hours of your order date. Any cancellations of orders after the 24 hour period stated above will be at the discretion of Oushk Jewelry.
Returns and Exchanges
Each piece of Oushk Jewelry is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges must also include our signature jewelry pouch, as these are considered part of the product.
All items purchased during sales or using discount codes are considered final sales and are not refundable.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
